We move your data across from your old CRM at no cost. If leaving it would cost you, say you’re still in a contract, we waive the subscription for up to 12 months and you pay only for the prospect8 AI you use.

Why a card? To prevent fraud and abuse. Every AI job costs us money to run, and a card stops people signing up again and again for free AI.
At the end of the trial, a workspace with no card on it is locked. Cancelling the trial locks it the same way.

The whole agency: unlimited offices, agents and staff, every part of prospect8, and a monthly allowance of AI credits for prospect8’s own AI.
What are AI credits?
Credits pay for the AI prospect8 runs for you: the AI assistant in the app, drafting messages and documents, and designing templates. Each job uses credits according to how much AI work it takes.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits you buy roll over and never expire. The credits included with your subscription are for that month and don’t roll over.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Buy more in the app whenever you need them. Until then, prospect8’s own AI pauses. Everything else keeps working, including your own AI assistant connected over MCP.
Is connecting my own Claude or ChatGPT free?
Yes. Your own AI assistant, connected over MCP, uses no prospect8 credits and works without a card. You pay your AI provider for your own plan, as you do now.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with all of prospect8.

Why don’t you charge per seat like other CRMs?
Because your AI assistant does the typing, so fewer people need to log in, and we don’t want to profit from logins. Most of what we earn comes from AI credits. If you don’t use prospect8’s AI, you won’t pay anywhere near what you pay for your current CRM.
