You talk.Your AI assistant does the CRM.

prospect8 is the real estate CRM that Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants can run for you.

An illustrative example. You ask Claude: "Book the Nguyens in to appraise 14 Ocean St on Thursday at 4, and send them an intro." In prospect8 it: Found Linh and Minh Nguyen, owners of 14 Ocean St, Manly. Booked the appraisal for Thursday, 4:00 to 4:45 pm. Added it to your Google calendar. Drafted the digital introduction with your agenda and team, waiting for approval. It replies: "Booked. The intro is in Approvals, since your office has me propose anything sent to owners."Illustrative example

Why per-seat CRMs won't build this

Most real estate CRMs charge per seat. An AI assistant that keeps the CRM up to date means fewer people need a login, and logins are what they sell. Don't expect them to ship one.

A per-seat CRM
  1. They charge for every person who logs in.
  2. The more of your week goes into typing up the CRM, the more logins you need.
  3. An assistant that did the typing would cut the logins they sell.

Not builtMore typing for you, more seats for them.

prospect8
  1. Your AI assistant does the typing for you.
  2. It works under your login, as you.
  3. Your team spends those hours on clients instead.

No seatYour AI assistant never takes one.

We built prospect8 for the assistant first. The less you type into it, the better it's working.

Hand it the big jobs too

  1. From yes to signed

prospect8 fills in the state's form from the accepted proposal. Your AI assistant sets the signing order, the ID checks and the principal's review.

An illustrative example. You ask Claude: "The Hendersons accepted. Get the agency agreement out to both of them, Anne first, and check their ID before I countersign." In prospect8 it: Filled in the NSW agency agreement from the accepted proposal. Carried across the fee, Silver marketing and auction. Set the signing order: Anne, then David, then you. Added an ID check for both before your countersignature. Sent it to Ruth Mills for principal review, waiting for approval. It replies: "Once Ruth approves, Anne gets her link first. You'll hear as each of them signs."

  2. Saturday, wrapped up

No-shows get a call on your list. Feedback waits for your OK before the vendor sees it.

An illustrative example. You ask ChatGPT: "Wrap up Saturday's open home at 22 Bay Rd." In prospect8 it: Completed it: 12 checked in, 3 booked and didn't come. Added a call for each no-show, due today. Put 4 pieces of buyer feedback up for you to approve. Drafted a summary text for the Andersons, waiting for approval. It replies: "Two buyers asked for the contract, so I've put that in the Andersons' text."

  3. The weekly report

You write the comments and prospect8 fills in the numbers. The vendor opens it from their own campaign page.

An illustrative example. You ask Claude: "Do this week's report for the Andersons. Copy last week's comments and update the numbers." In prospect8 it: New report for 13 to 19 October, copied from last week. Updated enquiries, inspections and portal views. Added the approved buyer feedback, buyers unnamed. Ready for you to check the comments and send, waiting for approval. It replies: "Enquiries are up 40%, mostly from the portals. Your price guide comment is unchanged."

  4. Three offers by Monday

Your AI assistant ranks them and drafts the summary for the vendor. No buyer is named, and nothing goes until you approve it.

An illustrative example. You ask ChatGPT: "Three offers came in on 22 Bay Rd over the weekend. Rank them and send the Andersons a summary, no buyer names." In prospect8 it: Recorded 3 offers with price, deposit, settlement and conditions. Ranked them with the unconditional offer first. Drafted an offer summary for the Andersons, buyers unnamed, waiting for approval. It replies: "The top offer is subject to finance, so I put the unconditional one first. Swap them if you disagree."

Set up in a few minutes

  1. Connect your AI assistant

Add prospect8 to Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that speaks MCP.

  2. Say what you need

In your own words, typed or spoken.

  3. Approve before it sends

Pick the jobs that wait for a person's OK, like messages to owners.

You decide what it can do

It only does what you can. Your office narrows that further, job by job.

It never sees passwords or keys, and every job records who asked.
