What is prospect8?
A CRM for Australian real estate sales agents, from the first door knock to settlement and after. It’s built so your AI assistant can run it: you say what you need, and the AI assistant does the CRM work in prospect8 with your permissions.
Which AI assistants work with prospect8?
Claude, ChatGPT and any other AI assistant that connects over MCP, the open standard for connecting AI assistants to software. prospect8 also has its own AI assistant inside the app.
Is it safe to let an AI assistant into my CRM?
It can only do what you can do, and your agency narrows that further, job by job:
- Act: it goes ahead.
- Propose: it prepares the job and waits for a person to approve it.
- Deny: it can’t.
It never sees passwords or keys, and every job it does records who asked for it.
How much does prospect8 cost?
A$100 a month for the whole agency, GST included, with unlimited offices and agents and a monthly allowance of AI credits. Connecting your own Claude or ChatGPT uses no credits. If leaving your old CRM would cost you, say you’re still in a contract, we waive the subscription for up to 12 months.
Do you charge per agent or per seat?
No. One price covers every office, agent and staff member in the agency.
Can I move my data from my current CRM?
Yes. We move your data across from AgentBox, Rex, VaultRE or a spreadsheet, and you don’t pay for the move. Your agency exports its data from the old CRM and we load it, keeping the original dates. Your current and past listings come across from your REA feed.
Where is my data stored?
In Australia. prospect8 and its database are hosted in Sydney. Some of the services prospect8 uses, such as the AI models, process data overseas; our Privacy Policy lists every one of them and where they are.
What compliance does prospect8 handle?
It keeps the records Australian sales agencies are asked for: the NSW sales compliance file and agency registers, NSW and VIC price rules, AML/CTF customer due diligence, privacy requests and breaches, Spam Act consent and DNCR washing, and trust accounting. It’s diligence support, not legal advice.
Is prospect8 only for NSW agencies?
No. Any Australian sales agency can use it. The sales compliance file covers NSW first, with VIC next, and VIC’s price rules are already built in.
What does “in beta” mean?
prospect8 works and agencies can run on it, but we’re still adding to it and changing it quickly. Tell us what’s missing or broken at hello@prospect8.io and we’ll fix it.
